Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public gravel beach. You will reach it from the villa going down approximately six stairway steps.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the beach and of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table, chairs and a swing. In the patio you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the swimming pool.
Verandah
The verandah is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. Is equipped with sofas and armchairs, and you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will find a table and chairs. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, two electric ovens, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
