Summary: We've been traveling around Portugal and this stay was the time to enjoy the mountains. The hiking was close and awesome. The lakes and rivers were great. The house was exactly what we were looking for. The only complaints we really had was the temperature of the kitchen and how there isn't air conditioning in there. In the afternoon it was very hot and hard to want to cook. Even opening the windows didn't give much relief. Regardless of this, it was amazing and worth a stay. We've stayed in 6 VRBOs in Portugal and this was the most peaceful of them all.
