Summary: Well, to start off we are American (65) and I sometime my expectations are higher than they should be. First off was the private gate, you had to exit the car to enter a code to open the gate. You also had to exit the car to enter a code to leave but the code box was at ground level. When it rained you had no choice but get wet. The driveway was on a steep slope also. The exterior of the property had abandoned vehicle and appliance, unmaintained grounds. The bathroom shower had mold around the bottom corners. The property also was approximately two miles off the main road through small narrow roads that seemed unmaintained. No phone service ( I believe because we were on the back side of a large hill down near the ocean, blocking signal). Not their fought. Couldnโ€™t get wi-fi even after owner came to check it out. So, we had to get in the car and go to top of hill to get online to schedule any tours. The villa does have a great view, clean rooms other than bathroom shower. So, for the reasons listed I couldnโ€™t give it more than a two star. If I can figure out how to upload pictures Iโ€™ll post some.
