It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 6 000 m². - Room 4: two single beds and a private access to the balcony offering you a panoramic view of the village of Moissac. Facing south, without opposite

- By a staircase from the house, you access the swimming pool (private, heated) of 8m x 5m, secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence. Usable from May to October, under favorable climatic conditions.

- A beautiful garden of 6 000 m².
