A few minutes walk from the center of Villasimius, two hundred meters from the most equipped and convenient supermarket, it is five minutes by car from the marina, the golf course and the best beaches in the area: Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Cava Usai, Santa Caterina, Santo Stefano, Rice beach, Cala Pira, Simius and Porto Luna.
