Vosges-Alsace border, gîte "Elise" (which is NOT our main residence), 14 people + 1 child + 3 babies, classified 2 stars by the Prefecture of Vosges, and approved by the Tourist Office of Raon l ' Stage, 280 m2, in Raon sur Plaine - 6 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds - all wooden interior - 3 bathrooms 2 with a brand new shower Italian style and 1 with a bubble bath!), 3 WCs, 1 pool table. Equipped kitchen.
The price for 14 people, possibility 1 additional person, on extra bed, for an additional € 12 / night. No supplement for babies!
POSSIBILITY to rent ONE night only, on request. The difference with the price for 2 nights will not be huge (the fixed costs are identical!)
Between July 4 and August 29, and, during the 2 weeks of Christmas and New Year, we rent exclusively for the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
For New Years week 2020/2021, it will be from SUNDAY December 27 to SUNDAY January 3 !!
Also includes 3 "baby" beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 children's chairs, 1 playpen + on request: 1 cane stroller, 1 daphne, 1 baby walker, 1 baby potty, + possibly 1 sleigh, 2 shovels snow and 2 sleds, mountain bikes for hire: 2 for men, 2 for women, 1 24-inch mountain bike for 9/12 years, 2 20-inch mountain bikes for 7/9 years, 1 bike and 1 14-inch mountain bike for 4/6 years and 1 bicycle without pedal 3/4 years (20 € / week / bike or 5 € / day). PRIORITY to the first who request it! Fully fenced garden of 800 m2.
Sheets (placed on the beds), cleaning and water are included in the price.
Possibility 'beds made on arrival'. Possibility to rent towels and household linen.
There is, as a SUPPLEMENT, payable locally, energy costs: Heating: tiled wood stove + central heating (5 radiators) + 10 electric convectors
In June-July-August: wood and fuel oil for hot water: € 5/2 nights and € 2 / additional night, or € 15 / week.
In May and September: chargeable wood and fuel: € 18/2 nights and € 7 / additional night, or € 48 / week.
In October, March and April: chargeable wood and fuel: 34 € / 2 nights and 11 € / additional night, or 89 € / week.
From November to February: chargeable wood and fuel: € 65/2 nights and € 20 / additional night, or € 165 / week
Electricity costs are also an additional € 0.16 per KW.
POSSIBILITY of paying the supplements (on the spot) by means of holiday vouchers!
Free INTERNET access via wifi.
Tourist taxes are € 0.70 / night / person 18 and over, at an additional cost. They will be claimed by Abritel and transferred directly.
The deposit is 300 €, it is payable locally.

Pets are allowed after agreement with the owners, with a supplement of € 12 / animal for the stay!

!!! For a rental of 2, 3, 4 (or 5) nights during the week, the price of the first night is equivalent to the price indicated for 1 night of W-E (there are fixed costs). Ideal for bringing together several families and spending a few days together to discover our region: rest, nature, hiking, walking, motorbike and bicycle tours (50m from a greenway), fishing in lake and river, the roar of the deer in autumn, cultural visits (sawmill of the Hallière, heritage of Raon l'Étape, 3 abbeys ...) and historic (battlefield of the Chapelotte in 14-18 with Menelle museum, the valley of the Plaine, endowed with a rich history, the Concentration Camp of Struthof ...), discovery of Alsace with the Christmas markets and the wine route, alpine skiing at 31km, and cross-country skiing on site, playground climbing wall and water sports at 12km
SUMMER: for swimming, there is Lake Celles sur Plaine, an outdoor swimming pool, in the mountains, open July-August, in a superb setting, in Bellefosse (25 minutes from the cottage) and an outdoor swimming pool in Raon l 'Stage and another in Molsheim.
There is also an adventure park at Pierre Percée, mountain bikes for hire, rides from the cottage (IGN maps available) ...
In WINTER, for swimming, there is the Aquanova America complex in Saint Dié (Vosges), and one in Molsheim / Mutzig (Alsace) + cross-country skiing possibilities at 4km and alpine skiing at 35 km!
We are on the tourist office of the Bruche Valley (Alsace) and on that of Saint Dié (Vosges)
