Equally atypical location, on a site also audaciously redesigned in the same creative spirit, on the site of a former supermarket transformed into a large living loft and workshop space (by and for the owners). Quiet residential hamlet adjoining the center of a picturesque, typical village & merchant nestled in the hollow of the Arroux valley, on the very banks of this river full of fish (listed Romanesque church and many shops & services on site), in the middle of the unspoiled countryside within a pleasant landscaped setting of bocage & forest. Very comfortable gîte with a totally original "compact" architecture (separation into two distinct blocks). Warm contemporary, cozy & cocooning atmosphere. Large pleasant covered terrace of 12m² (completed by a second patio area on the courtyard side) overlooking an intimate enclosed courtyard of 80m². Composition: Unusual gîte made up of two containers located side by side ("living space" + "bedroom space" / circulation and communication from the outside between the 2 blocks) adjoining the owners' house (total independence without vis-à-vis screw).
