Summary: Me and my friends stayed in this beautiful property in Glendale hosted by Phil. Phil was very responsive, amazing communication, understanding, and was flexible working with us couldnโ€™t ask for a better host. The house was absolutely stunning everything was very new and updated, extremely spacious, and the backyard was absolutely amazing with a huge pool, and hot tub. We were hosting a gender reveal for my best friend and Phil allowed us to have additional guest for our event. The backyard had a grill so we had a bbq. All in all it was an amazing weekend, we enjoyed staying at the property and had a great experience, would definitely stay again in the future.
