Downwinder features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed, a full modern kitchen with a granite cocktail bar. The living room features leather furniture, a flat screen smart TV, cable and Apple TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV with cable. There is one full bath with a bathtub shower combo and a half bathroom. The living area provides access to the west facing deck with waterfront views.
Guests of Watermen's Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.
