Wake up at Bluewater Bungalow in one of three cushy bedrooms: a king-size master suite, a queen guest bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. A split-level floor plan gives the master suite extra privacy with its own bathroom. (The other two bedrooms share a bath.)
Then meet in the kitchen for coffee and breakfast. This sunny and gorgeous space features quartz countertops, a custom backsplash, and a 6-person dining table + breakfast bar for 3. The kitchen opens to a living area with a nap-worthy sectional sofa, and an additional game room with a foosball table and other goodies.
After breakfast, head outside to nature's playground! Set directly on Lake Tawakoni on a big, lakefront lot with towering pines for privacy, the bungalow makes the most of its beautiful surroundings.
Fish from a private dock, leap into the lake for swimming, set off on the pair of kayaks we provide, or head out on your boat for some of the best fishing in Texas! Meanwhile, land-lovers can play yard games like beanbag toss or horseshoes on the pits we hand-built!

Summary: The property and inside the house was nice. The outside patio could use some attention as the lights and ceiling fans were broken. One suggestion i would have for the owners is to have a fenced area for families with toddlers such as myself. I spent most of my time chasing them around and keeping them out of the neghbors yard as well as keeping them from the water. But all that being said, it was a very nice place. I really enjoyed the fishing pier. I would definitely recommend this location to other people. Especially ones without kids or older kids.
