Dock your boat in your private docking space right off of the downstairs back deck with easy access to literally jump right onto your boat for a day of fishing or just cruising the canals and bay at sunset. Fish from your pier while you grill on the patio. Take advantage of two community swimming pools within walking distance. Minutes from downtown Rockport, the beach and Fulton. The ferry is 15 minutes away should you want to spend the day in Port Aransas or just go in for dinner one night (we recommend the Phoenix).
