Nestled on a bluff in a private location this “wing-style” home sits on a 3.33 forested acreage of land. Enjoy unobstructed 180-degree views of the water, mountains from Baker to Rainier, and occasional orcas! Built in 1986, this home has floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views in every room and hardwood floors throughout.
Artistically decorated on the inside, the home has new appliances with mid-century modern touches. Lounge in the stylish living room or cook up a tasty meal in the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and breathtaking views of the water. An additional cozy living room offers a stocked bookcase, a record player and records for your listening enjoyment.
Though this home has plenty of history, it also has a few modern updates including new decks, new heating and cooling system, and remodeled bathrooms.

Please note that the owner occasionally needs to overnight in her own private space in a separate wing of the house. This occurs about three times a year for special events on the island that she is expected to attend.
