This home is on a 12 acre pastural setting. In the meadow you will see a variety of birdhouses and feeders. Sit back and watch for the Northern Cardinals, Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, the Black-capped chickadees and one of my favorites-the Tufted titmouse. Next to the property is a farm where you will see horses and cattle grazing. In the morning grab your coffee and blanket (it might be a little chilly), and watch the sun slowly sneak up and over the Berkshires to the east. After a day of exploring, relax in front of the pellet stove or on the back deck as you watch the sun slowly retire over the distant Catskill Mountains of Rip Van Winkle.
Attached to the house on the far side is an apt with a private entrance for the host. The host is not always on site so please don't hesitate to message with any questions/concerns. Happy to help always!
