Situated on the top of the hill on a pine and olive farm, this wonderful little cottage is only 5 minutes on foot from the beautiful beach of Ververonda and has a magnificent sea view to Spetses and south Pelopenesse.

The 24 sm2 house has one one bedroom with a double bed (and an extra bed if needed), one little bathroom with shower and also provides a kitchenette with a fridge. The terrace offers an incredible view to the sea and to the surrounding area.
