The Space:
LAKE COUNTRY LOCATION
The Stoneridge Chalet is tucked away in Blanchard, Idaho, which is 33 miles north of Coeur d’Alene. Our home sits on a few acres in a golf community, with views of the Selkirk Mountains. An 18-hole golf course, mini golf and a pub & grill are down the street, while Lake San Souci offers fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding just seconds away.
We are also 9 miles to Spirit Lake where you’ll find shopping, restaurants and a new hiking and biking trail system. And family fun abounds at Silverwood Theme Park, which is 22 miles away.
WOODLAND BACKYARD
Connect with nature in our backyard, where groves of trees soothe your mind and spirit. Enjoy an afternoon picnic on the grass, or relax with a good book on our covered patio. You may also wish to fire up the BBQ grill and eat together as the sun gives way to sparkly constellations of stars. And the bonfire pit is a must for a moody, magical glow.
GREAT ROOM
The great room is where everyone can kick back and relax. Oversized leather sofas and woodsy tables are joined by a river rock fireplace that dazzles up to the cathedral ceiling. Feel free to put on a favorite TV show or talk for hours among the soft glow of the fire: both are cozy ways to enjoy the heart of our home.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Our kitchen roots you in nature with a knotty pine ceiling and honey wood everywhere you turn. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, an island with a stovetop, and a lovely coffee & tea bar (with a Keurig, espresso machine, coffee beans, K-Cup pods, espresso syrups, half & half, sugar, tea bags and hot cocoa). Steps away, our handcrafted redwood table with wooden benches and chairs is a sight of homespun beauty (it seats 12).
SPA ROOM
Once inside the spa room, you may never want to leave: it has pine wood paneling, a cedar infrared sauna, steam shower and a saltwater swim spa which acts as a swimming pool and hot tub (it holds up to 8-10).
MOVIE ROOM
Watch all the movies your heart desires on our literal big screen in the movie room. It comes with a pull-down projector screen, cushy leather sofa and recliner, and two bean bag chairs (they convert to beds for extra guests). You can also saddle up to a high-top wooden table with stools. Grab a few beers and stovetop popcorn, and you’re set!
4 BEDROOMS
Four bedrooms are outfitted to feel like home, with wooden beds, comfy mattresses and toss pillows, artwork, and bedside tables with lamps. Two rooms are located on the main floor while two master suites take up the second floor.

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the home you will access the home by a keyless entry. The code for your stay will be sent to you prior to check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great views, walking trails and Lake San Souci is a short .5 mile walk or drive from the home. World Glass Golf is right out our back door.
Other Things to Note:
There is a community queit hours ordinace of 10pm and it is strictly enforced. After 10pm all outside noise needs to be kept to a minimum.
