Positive: Nice secluded location away from everything. Heavy on privacy. Beautiful river view and refreshing on a hot summer day since the water was cool. Nice and modern home. Newly renovated.
Negative: The steep hill in the backyard to get to the river. It was too steep and dangerous. I hope they build some stairs or something to help someone who is older or pregnant walk down without worrying about falling. Also wish the fireplace was leveled because I almost fell just sitting on the chairs due to the steep slope.
