Positive: We had an en suite room in a 3 bedroom house. The kitchen was spacious and had a good amount of crockery etc. The conservatory with it's comfy sofa and lovely views over the fields were great. It's about a 30min well lit walk to the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant. Perfect for us stopping overnight before heading across the border the next day. The host was super friendly and her son spoke English. Parking was easy just outside the house.
Negative: Not sure how you'd reach her without a car but we were happy with everything.
