โ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
๐ You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
๐ Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
๐งบ Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
๐งด The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
๐น One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
๐น Bar of soap per bathroom
๐น One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
๐น One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
๐น Make-up removers per bathroom
๐น Single sized dish liquid
๐น Single sized dish washing detergent pack
๐น Single use laundry washing detergent
๐น Two large trash bags
๐น Small trash bag for each bathroom
๐น Roll of Paper towels
โ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
๐งณ We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
๐ถ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
๐ฆฎ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
๐น According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
๐น "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
๐ฎ Trash can are located west of the elevators.
๐น Please remember that only bagged trash should be put into the trash chutes!
๐น Cardboard boxes get stuck in the chutes (they NEVER stay folded up) and cause multi-floor backups.
๐ซ NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
๐ Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival.
๐ A parking pass MUST be displayed in your vehicle(s) while on the property.
๐น Max two (2) vehicles allowed.
๐น Parking passes are $30 per vehicle per stay.
๐น Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
