Summary: The entire process was made easier by Rose. It does not work like in the US. For example the full address is not provide til the check in time. Hard to understand but I believe to be for security. The building has 3 doors to get in and no key is provided. But they do have a doorman. The place was clean and well organized but very small. The location is the portrait of a large city. All kinds of people. The place is located on the lower part of Augusta. And lots of bars. But did not feel unsafe. As you walk up towards paulista avenue the place gets cleaner and less sketchy. There are lots of nice museums and shops. There is a gorgeous park down the street that was a good relief for our dogs that we brought from the states. The building has a pool and an area for your pets to go potty. The staff of the building was very polite and were kind to us.
