Near the largest water park in Latin America, the beach park. Very large house with 4 bedrooms and two suites, all with air conditioning. All rooms with double bed, plus a huge lounge on the top (with 3 more beds ) at the bottom is a dining room that has an 8-seater table, a living room with sofa, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen (fridge, stove and utensils such as pans, glasses and etc). Outside there is a garage that gives 3 cars, barbecue by the pool and small table in the backyard for outdoor coffee. The house has wi-fi and tv intenet, besides the advantage of being well located. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the largest and best fortress malls. It is opposite the luxurious Carmen sterffens outlet. Perfect home for all tastes because it is great for those who love to be surrounded by friends or for those who love tranquility with privacy. As we care about the future of the world and the environment, we have a complete solar energy system to enjoy the wonderful sun God has given us.

Summary: Nice house, very comfy with a lovely pool and lots of seating areas, flowers and gardens. Very nice view of ocean from atop a big hill. Road construction was ongoing almost our entire 2 week stay, so it was often noisy and difficult to take our car to go places. The kitchen cooking pans were pretty old and need to be replaced. The lights in the house are all bright white and need to be changed to soft white bulbs to provide a warmer and more relaxing ambiance. Also, there is no AC inside the common areas of the house so at night it was extremely hot because we had to close all the windows to keep all the mosquitos out. It would be nice if the owners added a couple more AC units (just the bedrooms have them). The host was quite good and responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketchy in terms of safety, but the house had an electric fence and lots of security cameras, and the caretakers house was adjacent to ours, so there was a reasonable level of feeling safe. The beaches are close by but you mostly need a car to access. Not a whole lot of great restos but we found several that were quite good!
