This lovely 4-bedroom home delivers excellent private and family getaways whilst being only 40 minutes from some of Australia's most famous beaches.
With a single-level floor plan showcasing spacious interiors and a gorgeous flow to a sunny rear outdoor undercover space overlooking the mineral salt (magnesium) inground pool.
Built circa the 1990s and lovingly cared for by its owners. It is generously proportioned to accommodate families, this home features elegant interiors with a choice of formal and informal living areas extending to the sun-soaked view-swept terrace.
The kitchen serves as the social heart of the home, the main living and dining are built for entertaining, whilst the second living area is complete with a fireplace, flowing out to a sun-washed backyard and the sparkling swimming pool.
The bedrooms are serene, with all 4 rooms having their own A/C and facing out over the pool through to the district views and are all bathed in sunlight.
The property is equipped with a high-speed Starlink internet connection for your convenience.
The property is pet friendly, so your pet is welcome if it is well-behaved, toilet trained and quiet (a $40 pet fee covers dog beds, water and food bowls, and dog treats on arrival!) Pets cannot be left unattended at the property unless you bring your crate and your pet is crate trained and comfy. While the property is farm fenced, it does not have secure dog fencing.
***Please note this property can accommodate up to 8 guests, but nightly fees are charged based on the number of guests attending. Bedrooms will be made up according to the number of guests who book (2 guests per bedroom), and any bedrooms not required to accommodate your booking numbers will be closed off and not accessible by guests.***

The Space:
With sweeping valley views as you enter your property, this fantastic residence delivers the ultimate private hideaway home on a private parcel amid manicured park-like gardens. Hidden cleverly from the street, a bitumen driveway leading down the residence provides a welcoming entrée.
Entering through the private entrance through the side gate through to the BBQ, entertainment and pool area (with safety fencing) you enter to the first living and dining area of the property which is overlooked by the country style kitchen, and flows through to the main living/dining area.
Families and children are welcomed to the property - provided are a portacot & highchair for small children for ease of travel!
The country style kitchen features tea & coffee making facilities and cooking condiments (olive oil, salt and pepper etc).
The living spaces feature comfortable furniture and furnishings, fireplace and TV. There are two living/dining areas which both feature Air Conditioning and fans.
The bedroom features a comfy queen size bed, built in wardrobe, luggage rack and Smart TV. (Linen is provided for 2 guests - please add linen to your booking if you require the fold out couch/bed.)
It provides both indoor and outdoor sitting and eating areas.
The property is on tank water and septic system and is fully self contained.

Guest Access:
Access to the entire house & property is provided to guests with private parking and entrance - lock box entry will be provided upon booking confirmation 24 hours prior to check in.
The blue office/shed is out of bounds to guests.
If wishing to use the fire pit, please purchase fire wood prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet road and peaceful rural area! Fresh air, peace and tranquillity. That's what is on offer in the small hamlet of Witta. Witta, once known as Teutoburgh in the 1880s, was first settled by German immigrants. The name Teutoburgh came from a nearby German mission. Witta offers the chance to stroll the few streets that make up the little village and take in some fresh air or perhaps drop into the general store. By the way, the general store is also the only store in town. Nonetheless it is a fine place to start to explore a town that has more on offer than it might first seem.
Although the general store is a modern building, the owner, George Soady, says there was once an older store on that site. Further down the road from the store is the original Witta School. The Witta School is now a community facility with toilets, shady areas and picnic tables. Across the way from the school, the Witta Recreational Club has a children's playground and a large playing field.
But Witta's best-kept secrets are twofold. Just across the road from the store is what the locals boast is the best view of the head of the Mary Valley that gives rise to the Mary River. The second secret is historical - the old Witta Cemetery.

PETS
Your pet is welcome at our property as well as it is well-behaved, toilet trained and quiet. There is pet fee of $40 per stay, which covers the additional cleaning required. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property unless you bring your crate and your pet is crate trained and comfy. Secure dog fencing is not proved currently. Pets are not allowed on beds or the couch and extra cleaning charges will apply if it is found that your pet has been on these items. There are doggy bags provided so no excuses to leave your doggy doo lying around - please keep it clean!
SMOKING
This property has a strict no-smoking policy. Please refrain from smoking inside or around the house.
Any damage to the property will be charged to you accordingly.
The property is on tank water and septic system for sewerage - meaning you cannot put anything down the toilet apart from human waste & toilet paper. All food scraps must be wiped out of dishes with no food, fats or oils to go down the drains.
