Stay two nights and choose a hand made Italian pasta & sauce meal to be put in the fridge! (1 serve paste and sauce for each person booked)
The Space:

***Please note that guests do have use of the entire house, bedrooms will be made up according to the number of guests who book - for every 2 guests we make up 1x queen bed, unless advised otherwise. A linen fee of $40 per stay will be charged for an extra bed. Additional bathroom will be made available for use upon booking for more than 2 guests. Other bedrooms will not be accessible unless specifically requested. $40 linen fee per bed applies to additional beds being requested. 2 guests = 1 queen bed unless specifically requested and linen fee paid.
Air conditioning units are located upstairs - these are large enough to cool upstairs and downstairs.
Pasta & Sauce - (Meal on first night only) Choice of either -
1.Meat option - spaghetti/fettuccini & Bolognese meat sauce (Dairy Free),
2. Meat option - spaghetti/fettuccini & creamy mushroom & pancetta sauce,
3. Vegetarian option - spaghetti/fettuccini & plan vegetable napolitana sauce (Dairy Free)
*Please note - if you do not advise us of your selection, you will receive pasta and Bolognese meat sauce. (Please advise if your dietary requirements (gluten intolerant or other allergies) don't allow a meal to save wastage.*

1 x single bed is in the lounge which also features Smart Tv, upstairs 2 x queens and 1 x single in the "retreat"
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire cottage & fenced yard (please note the yard is fully fenced - however once side is rural fencing/farm fencing with large chicken mesh wire).
Please note that keys to the property are stored in a lockbox at our Agency Office at 74 Maple Street, Maleny - roughly 7 mins from the property, please put this into your Maps and plan accordingly. You will receive check in details including lock box code 12 - 24 hours prior to your stay.
Ample parking onsite for 3 cars - 1 x car space under carport, 2 x uncovered driveway spaces
The Neighborhood:
The property is in Witta, Sunshine Coast Hinterland just 10 minutes from the bustling heart of Maleny, giving the balance of tranquil country living and bustling Maleny Hinterland experiences.
The Nest - Pizza & Wine bar by night - cafe by day - everything from coffee & toasties, to wine & pizza - bookings essential for evenings - (Gumland Drive)
Witta Markets - Witta Market is the best and great place to do grocery shopping of fresh bread, fresh fruit veggies and nice honey. Locals farm friendly and bring your cash in case you want to purchase a delicious pie and coffee. Every 3rd Saturday of the month - 7am - 12noon at the old Witta School
Berganns Lane walking track - dog friendly - access from roughly 100m further down Berganns Road to the RHS (walk through to Witta markets).
Getting Around:
Roads are sealed and easily accessible.
Other Things to Note:
Casa Dolce Casa is on the same property as another dwellings - main residents are quiet and run a local business so are not usually home.
Please note the cottage boundaries - the fenced yard/driveway is the boundary - please do not access the main residence.
PETS
Your pet is welcome at our property as well as it is well-behaved, toilet trained and quiet. There is pet fee of $40 per stay, which covers the additional cleaning required. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property unless you bring your crate and your pet is crate trained and comfy. Pets are not allowed upstairs (baby gate to prevent damage to wooden stairs and flooring) on beds or the couch and extra cleaning charges will apply if it is found that your pet has been on these items. There are doggy bags provided so no excuses to leave your doggy doo lying around - please keep it clean!
Any damages to the flooring including scratches to the wooden flooring will be sought for compensation upon quote which could range from $600-$2000 depending on damage - we ask that if bringing a pet, that their nails are not able to scratch the flooring so your liability for this is not high.
If your dog is not friendly, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund on your trip.
Children are warmly welcomed - (there are stairs inside) f you choose to bring your own fold out beds/porta cots, please note that the feet of beds cannot scratch the flooring (must have felt or such to protect the wooden floors) or you will be liable for damages.
Any damage to the property will be charged to you accordingly.
The property is on tank water and septic system for sewerage - meaning you cannot put anything down the toilet apart from human waste & toilet paper. All food scraps must be wiped out of dishes with no food, fats or oils to go down the drains.
*Please kindly note: We charge a nominal cleaning fee that does not cover our costs. We request light duties to be undertaken on checkout (you will receive a message at 7am on check out date) with instructions for dishes, rubbish removal, stripping of linen etc.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests can check in themselves, main residents are available in emergencies but otherwise like to stay separate to guests in the cottage.
