In the picturesque neighbourhood of Cercado do Outeiro, 4 km north of São Brás de Alportel, we find this charming 3 bedroom villa ‘Casa do sonhos’ with great social spaces, both interior and exterior. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends. There is a large garden with a removable fenced pool and several lounge and play areas, even a playstation 2. And you can pick your own fruit from the garden. And you are only a 15 minutes walk from ‘Fonte Férrea’ a natural park with hiking trails, a coffee / tapas bar with terrace and picnic areas. In Casa do sonhos you will not get bored!
The stone barbecue was recently replaced with a new electric barbecue, due to the danger of fire in the summer months.
On the ground level, a bright spacious open plan greets you, compromising the living area with fireplace, dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen area has everything you need to create a nice meal and give access to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the relaxing views and have a drink or meal.
From the kitchen a small hallway takes you into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room has a south facing terrace with beautiful views.
From the small hallway a set of stairs will take you to the level below where you find the other two bedrooms of which one is en-suite and another bathroom.
There is a cafe 5 minutes walking away and São Brás de Alportel is only 5min drive away where you find several supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. This is a perfect getaway if you are looking for tranquillity and privacy but still in the neighbourhood of everything you need and central to explore the Algarve.
