Positive: The house itself is very nice, the view into nature in the afternoons is very peaceful, the kitchen is very complete.
Negative: - The main issue was that the difficult communication with the assistant Florina and the claims for broken/dirty objects which we do not believe was our fault. The assistant seemed very nervous at the check-in and was very rushing to show us the house. She didn't come for the check-out, instead she inspected the house herself after we left, and after the cleaning people came in. We didn't expect to be in such trouble and didn't take photos of all items in the house (it is very large), so in the end we cannot prove that we didn't damage anything. This negative experience unfortunately overshadowed our otherwise wonderful stay at the house. - The basic products (toilet paper, dishwasher tabs) were too little for the amount of days and people, but this was not a big issue - The decoration in the house is rather simple or missing, and could be improved to make it feel more homely.
