There is a family shower room and a ground-floor cloakroom. The kitchen/diner has an electric Aga oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and there is a utility room. The sitting room has a TV and a feature fireplace with electric stove-effect fire. There is off-road park for five cars and gardens to the front, side and rear with a decked patio area, charcoal bbq (guests will need to provide their own charcoal) and a hot tub. Within 5.2 miles there is a shop and a pub is 5.4 miles away. Please note no pets allowed and this is a non-smoking property. WiFI, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note the property does not accept worker bookings, it also does not accept hen , stag or similar parties. The property is ideally for family holidays only. IMPORTANT: Infants are included in the maximum occupancy of 10.
