It’s been called “the perfect place in the perfect place.” The Resort is a four-star, four-diamond resort hotel that enjoys stunning panoramic views of Squaw Valley ski area and the High Sierra Crest and which offers ski-in/ski-out convenience in the winter and golf-in/golf out convenience in the summer.
The putting green, driving range, and first tee are right out your door, as is the Squaw Creek ski lift. The Resort even has its own ticket window and ski and rental shops, all slope side. Clothing and jewelry shops, a deli, and 2-4 restaurants are located on the premises, as well as an adventure concierge service, a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, and a full-service spa. In the summer, add tennis courts, a play pool for younger children, and a water slide. On-site winter activities include sleigh and dogsled rides, a sledding hill and ice skating rink.
We also manage the 2BR Presidential Penthouse (VRBO # 767687) (1 king bedroom, second bedroom has 2 queen beds, both have ensuite bathrooms. There also is a sleeper sofa in the living area, with a half bath downstairs. Full kitchen, dining area) that connects to this adjacent 8th floor valley-view hotel room (VRBO #770319) to form a 3BR Penthouse.
We also manage two 7th floor forest view rooms, one is a fireplace suite (VRBO #770278) and a hotel room (VRBO #770320)

* 11% Placer County lodging tax and 1% Squaw/Alpine Mass Transit tax and a .5% OV/AM D Assessment (12.5% total taxes) is in addition to the price.
* $50/day Resort Fee will be charged at Front Desk at check-in.
* Self Park: $30/night, Valet Park: $65/night charged at front desk.
