Excellent house with four bedrooms, two suites in a gated community. The condominium has large recreation area with swimming pools for adults and children, all wooded, with internal streets and parking for two cars in front of the house.
The location is unique, it is not necessary the use of cars in the evenings to go to the best restaurants and shops are in the stones and nearby street, or even during the day, where you can walk to the beaches Brava, Bones, Sour , Azedinha and João Fernandes.
For those who do not want to walk there vans to the other beaches just a block from the condo.
