Positive: The owners ans staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The paid breakfast was great and good value for money. Only a short walk to the beach.

Negative: The property is close to the beach, but not much else. Supermarkets and restaurants for dinner was at least a 20 minute walk while the center of Buzios is a 10 minute drive. If you have a car this is not an issue, but if you don't there aren't a lot of options except taking Ubers which aren't that cheap in Buzios.

Summary: Friendly hosts, close to the beach but a little far from everything else
