There is an express bus directly to Harvard a 10 minute walk from the home, with the stop conveniently located in front of the historic movie theatre and delicious locally owned Quebrada bakery. Located steps from a quiet walking path, and within proximity to several coffeeshops and restaurants.
The bus at the end of the street connects travelers to the red line train in trendy Davis Square. The bus also stops in Porter Square where you'll find a shopping center that includes, among other shops, a local favorite independent bookstore. Continue on the bus to recently rebuilt Union Square to enjoy hand crafted donuts and ice cream, while taking a ride on the new green line trains into the center of Boston.
Your bedroom is on the main floor, and the unit owner's bedroom is up a set of stairs, thus offering privacy to guests. The room is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, and desk. The room has two closets, natural light, and boasts two entrances - one to the hallway, the other to the kitchen -perfect for midnight snacks or early morning coffee.
The condo is pet friendly, particularly to a dog of any size and breed, so you can travel with your beloved companions. One pet limit. There is a monthly $100 pet fee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils for your cooking needs. The grocery store is a short walk up the street. There are several other grocery stores within easy driving (and bussing) distance.
