This beautiful Old- Florida style house sits on a quiet corner lot in the heart of 30-A in Seagrove. A short walk to public beach access, it is conveniently located between Rosemary to the east and Grayton to the west and close to the best shops and dining in the area. Pukalani features a traditional wrap-around porch on 3 sides and has an open concept with living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has its own porch and large master bath including a walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and private access to the porch. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the porch as well. There is also a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a private pool that can be heated. This area includes space for outdoor dining and relaxing and comes with pool toys, bicycles, and everything you need to enjoy your stay.
