Luxurious Texas living at its best! Unwind in this stunning villa that is perfect for families and groups traveling to Austin. Located in a well-established neighborhood close to downtown Austin. Only a short drive from many outdoor activities including kayaking and hiking. This home is situated on 4 acres and has a resort style backyard overlooking the Austin hill country and Barton Creek Country Club. The patios, balconies, and outdoor dining areas allow you to enjoy Austin’s great weather.
Our luxurious 5 bedroom/ 5 ½ bath home features a large downstairs master suite featuring a king sized bed with flat screen tv. The master comes with a luxury ensuite with soaking tub, two large vanities each with its own sink and mirror. The shower is luxurious and large and has a “Rain Shower” head, second hand shower along with 3 jets to help soothe any sore muscles. There is a sitting room off of the bathroom that is perfect for relaxing or quietly reading a book.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms – one bedroom has a queen bed with an full ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both with full size beds share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
In addition to the upstairs bedrooms there is a playroom with a flat screen TV equipped with toys, an office, and a game room with pool table and bar along with a 65”TV.
The state of the art kitchen includes a gas cooktop with full convection oven, a second steam oven for easy cooking/reheating. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef to prepare a wonderful meal. There are numerous dining areas in the house including a formal dining room, kitchen island and kitchen table.
The pool is huge and beside it is a free-standing pool house / bungalow with a kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining areas and bathroom. Your outdoor areas are like bonus rooms: large dining table, a BBQ, and an egg for smoking meat as well, outdoor patios and balconies where everyone can join and relax to watch the sunset melt into the countryside.

The house has a large driveway to park in and there is also lots of free street parking.
